I am a graphic designer, illustrator and artist. Drawing has always been the bedrock of my art viewing each new piece as an adventure.

I have always been creative and imaginative and have become a problem solver able to balance originality and the artist’s instinct against brief requirements and function where needed. I recognise the need to be able to move from unlimited possibilities to the right solution

Art and design can be a non-restricted way of communicating messages, expressing personal emotions and exerting influence.

Kate specialises in illustration and graphic art, whose drawing skills have always been a core part of her design practice, she uses this skill to communicate messages, express personal emotions and exert influence. The pandemic as much as it was an interruption has allowed Kate to become more confident and develop her strength in practices in new and unpredicted ways.
